Download Text of Network lib

Hello,
When I try to download the Plain Text, I only get a kind of readme with 5 lines:

Grafiken zur Visualisierung (Wetter,Mond,Windrichtung)

Is it possible to get the Text source ?
I would compile only HTTP_GET and its dependency on TwinCAT 2, because the compiled libraries dont work (too complex expression in SCALE_R) on my Beckhoff CX9020 (Arm)
(I ve bought the tcpip server licence, so it should work)
