HTTP_GET from PLCWinNT v2.4.7.47

How to get HTTP_DEMO from codesys_network_121_hf1.lib to work on PLCWinNT v2.4.7.47 (License Type: Demo version)?
http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=94089&u=c works fine from Internet Explorer. But the http_get_error returns 16#FF000000 after 4 sec.
Same application is running ok from a WAGO 750-880. So it must be something with PLCWinNT or Windows. There are no antivirus software and i have stopped the firewall.
